Federal Enterprise Architecture
The Federal Enterprise Architecture
provides an enterprise architecture framework for

enables the Federal Government to identify
opportunities to leverage technology and
alleviate redundancy, or to highlight where
agency overlap limits the value of IT
investments”.

Solutions for Defense
We are facing the global challenge
of denying our enemies safe harbor -- and enabling the synergistic
use of joint air, land, sea, and space war-fighting capabilities. To
meet this challenge, the U.S. Department of Defense is undertaking
an unprecedented transformation effort, designed to revolutionize
how the military and defense establishment conducts every facet of
its operations. The implementations of ERP applications offer
solutions for the Defense Department that can turn this effort into
reality. These solutions can help transform the department's
administrative systems, and modernize the decades-old processes that
support the military at both tactical and strategic levels. ERP
solutions for defense enable the Department of Defense to integrate
financial, human resources, supply chain, and logistics systems to
support strategic planning, realize operational efficiencies,
streamline processes, and allow real-time decision-making.
Delivering the functionality and the adaptability that make the
timely flow of information possible.

And, most likely, your deadline is
halfway between the middle of yesterday and right about now. There's
help. HRMS for Federal Government can help you meet the unique
requirements of your job. This integrated suite of Human Resource,
Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time and Labor applications is

Savings Plan, Federal Employee Group Life Insurance, and Federal
Employee Health Benefits. Here's a summary of the features designed
to make your job easier without ever compromising U.S. government
requirements.
POSITION MANAGEMENT With position
management, you can track position in addition to employee data,
create positions for all or part of your organization, tie detailed
data to each position, and assign employees to positions.
STAFFING AND RECRUITING Create job
requisitions (vacancy announcements) and evaluate applicants,
candidates, and current employees.
CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY Track the
information you need to maintain up-to-date compensation plans and
process and budget locality adjustments, pay adjustments,
allowances, differentials, and premium pay.
AWARDS handle the awards budgeting
process along with monetary awards, non-monetary awards, special
(time-off) awards, and quality step increases for pay increases
within a pay grade.
TRAINING ADMINISTRATION Set up
training programs and associate courses with positions, support the
Request, Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training
(SF-182) process, and even support individual development plans (IDP).
Overcome Budgetary Constraints
FEDERAL AGENCY FINANCING
A Federal Lease is an alternative to an
outright purchase. It allows Federal Agencies to obtain necessary equipment and
other assets while still operating within their budget.
The most significant challenge faced
by Governmental Agencies when acquiring needed property is their fiscal year
budgetary requirements. Often, insufficient funds are
budgeted for the outright purchase of essential property.
ERPWeb.NET overcomes this budgetary constraint by providing
financing.
When the cost of equipment is
viewed as a series of monthly payments, the budgetary process is
more efficient in managing an acquisition. Leasing presents the
opportunity to spread the acquisition over multiple budgetary periods,
which is more likely to correspond with the useful life of
the equipment.
